Things are moving, and this week is all about showing up in real time.

I’ve been building out a series of playlists that lived on Apple music but it’s time to level up. I’ve created two mixes that are now live on SoundCloud. Each week You’ll find a new practice session or a recording of me spinning. Whether you’re getting ready, hosting, or just need something to shift the mood, these mixes are an extension of everything I love about music and storytelling through sound.
